An update from Moynihan Lumber
To our Valued Customers,
We hope you are healthy and well as we continue to navigate these challenging times. Moynihan Lumber remains open under the classification of an essential business. We wanted to provide an update on operations at our three locations:
**Per CDC Guidelines – All three locations require employees and customers to wear masks or cloth face covering**
North Reading: The store is open Monday-Friday – 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday – 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The store continues to operate with a maximum of 10 customers at a time and social distancing being observed. High-traffic and high-touch areas are being disinfected several times daily. We are asking customers to refrain from entering the store if they are feeling ill. We are encouraging customers to make transactions by phone or email. Curbside pickup is available.
The door and window showroom is open Monday through Friday during normal business hours. The showroom is temporarily closed on Saturday. We are asking customers to look at product online or by email exchange and to make transactions by phone or email if possible. The inside sales staff is working remotely. Please call 978-664-3310 or 978-229-2000 to speak with a sales person. For outside sales, please contact your sales person by phone, text or email.
Our millwork warehouse and door shop are now designated as employee-only areas. If you need product stored in this area, please call 978-229-2027 and an associate will gather the materials you need and place them on the pickup ramp in the center of the complex. Our kitchen designers are available to meet with customers by appointment only. Please call 978-664-3310 to set up a time to meet. Someone in accounts receivable is available to answer questions regarding your account. We prefer payments be made by credit card over the phone or by check through the mail.
Beverly: We are open Monday-Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. All transactions are being conducted outside. For lumber and millwork, customers check out through a window in the guard shack, with no signature required. This checkout is for materials purchased from the yard and mill only, and not from the store. For products in the store, two order stations and two pay stations have been set up along the side of the building under a tent. Receipts can be sent by email if the customer prefers. There is no customer access to the inside of the store at this time. For a look at the new procedures, check out the video below. Plaistow, NH: We are open Monday-Friday – 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday – 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Customer access to the store is limited to a designated number of people and social distancing is being observed. Cabinets are available by appointment only by contacting Kelly Landry at firstname.lastname@example.org or Jessica O’Leary at email@example.com. For the showroom, paint, hardware, and pick-ups, please call 603-382-1535. Orders can be picked up outside. Cash and credit card customers may enter the store to complete the payment process if necessary. The yard and outer buildings are open for pickups and we continue to make deliveries.
